This API allows the user to subscribe to the STMS functionality. Subscriber Traffic Management Service (STMS) allows the user to manage Voice alerting & blocking functions . STMS can establish alerting and blocking of voice usage thresholds per: i) aNumber CLID, aNumber can be Every ANI, All Traffic (ii) Pricing Destinations, bDestination can be Every Destination, All Traffic. Alert & Block thresholds can be set in terms of: (i) Monetary value and/or (ii) Minutes of Use.
